How do I log in to the app?

Then click on the Sign Up button on the first page.

Enter your personal details and you will receive an OTP verification code by email to confirm your account.

Once the OTP code is confirmed, you will have full access to the application.

I didn't receive my OTP code

If you haven't received your OTP code, first confirm that the email address entered is correct.

If needed, you can resend the OTP code directly from the application by clicking on the "Resend OTP Code" option.

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, go to the Forgot Password page and enter the email address used during registration.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, go to the Order section in the application.

Select the products and quantities you wish to order.

Confirm your delivery address and submit your order.

You will receive updates regarding your order and delivery status directly in the app.

I no longer want to use the app and I want to delete my account

If you wish to delete your account, go to your profile and click on Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

Once your account is deleted, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
